生产者服务、出口品技术结构和制造业出口商品结构优化

本文基于SITC3位编码出口数据计算了1988～2008年我国制造业出口产品的技术结构,通过协整分析、脉冲响应函数以及方差分解分析了生产者服务与出口商品技术结构的长期协整关系和动态关系,并据此阐述了生产者服务对制造业出口商品结构的影响。本文的研究结论表明：（1）生产者服务是制造业出口商品技术结构变化的原因;（2）产品的技术水平越高,其出口增加对生产者服务的依赖度越大。二者的动态关系表现为：生产者服务对高技术产品出口增长的提升作用最大,对中等技术产品出口增长的作用呈现先降低后提高的现象,而对资源和低技术产品出口增长有降低的作用。研究结果说明生产者服务有利于制造业出口商品结构优化。

Producer Service,Technical Structure of Exports and Optimization of the Manufactured Export Structure

Using the SITC 3 digit commodity export data,we first calculate the technical structure of China's manufactured exports during the year 1988～2008,then based on the cointegration analysis,impulse response function and variance decomposition we analyze the long-run cointegration relationship and dynamic relationship between the producer service and the technical structure of China's manufactured exports.We conclude that(1) Producer services is the reason for the change in the technical structure of China's manufactured exports.(2) The higher the technological level of products,the greater its exports depend on the producer services.The dynamic relationship between them is that producer services enhance the growth of high-tech products export most,and the role producer service played on medium-technology products export shows an enhancement effect after the first reduction,while that on resources and low-tech products export growth could be reduction.The analysis results show that producer service is beneficial to the optimization of the manufactured export Structure.
