教育公平是社会和谐的基石。当前教育领域存在着教育机会不公平、教育过程不公平和教育质量不公平等现象，主要是由于教育资源配置失衡、政策歧视、贫富差距、教育腐败等原因造成的，要通过制定政策、建立制度等措施来实现教育公平、促进社会和谐。

Educational fairness is the cornerstone of a harmonious society.At present the field of education there is not fair education opportunities,the education process unfair and unjust equality in the quality of education,mainly due to imbalance in the distribution of educational resources,the policy of discrimination,the gap between the rich and the poor,education and other causes of corruption,we should formulate policies and establish system and other measures to achieve a fair education,and promote social harmony.
