| Abstract: | The Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is a new investment instrument originated in the US. and can be considered as a good financing tool. It is of profound and lasting significance to protect interests of investors of medium -and - small scale and to promote the development of real estate enterprises. REIT presenst its reference and inspiration on establishing the relevant pattern in China. |
