摘 要: | 石灰石法与双碱法是工程应用较为成熟与广泛的两种燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘技术方法。本文对两种方法的技术特点进行了较为详细的分析,并以某单位的燃煤锅炉为例,计算了两种方法的经济成本,并对二次污染、职业健康风险等因素进行了分析。通过综合权衡上述各种影响因素及两种方法的优缺点,给出了推荐的燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘方法。

Contrastive Analysis of the Limestone Method and the Double Alkali Method Applied to Desulphurization and Dust Removal |

Abstract: | The limestone and the double alkali method are two mature and widely used technologies for coal-fired boilers desulphurization and dust removal.A detailed analysis of the technical characteristics of the two methods has been done.Illustrated with a establishment coal-fired boilers,the economic costs of these two method have been calculated and other factors—such as secondary pollution and occupational health risk—have been analyzed.Through a integrated analysis of these factors,the recommended method has been given. |
