| 摘 要： | 采用系统动力学的方法,结合国内外智慧城市发展的历程和现状,构建了智慧城市的评价体系,通过评价指标之间的因果关系分析和因果流图的梳理,初步形成了对智慧城市发展状况进行定量和定性分析的基础,为智慧城市的全面和可持续发展提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts the method of systematic dynamics, considering the development history and present status of smart city both at home and abroad, to establish an evaluation system of smart city. Through the causal relationship analysis and causal flow chart analysis of the evaluation indexes, formed a foundation of the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the development status of smart city. This paper will provide a systematic dynamics perspective to the comprehensive and sustainable development of smart city. |
