| 摘 要： | 金融系统模式主要有市场主导型与银行主导型两种，在金融全球化与金融自由化的条件下两者有趋同的趋势。而在转轨经济中对金融系统的选择受多种因素影响，特别是受产权改革的模式与银行的集中度的影响。对于我国的金融改革，在取向上应与金融市场协调发展。
