| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刀松解术治疗颈肩部筋膜炎的临床价值。方法选取76例颈肩部筋膜炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别采取针刀松解术和痛点封闭治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组总有效率为81.6%,组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组1个月和6个月的疼痛评分少于对照组,颈肩关节活动评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针刀松解术治疗颈肩部筋膜炎疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical value of needle knife release treatment of neck shoulder fasciitis. Methods 76 patients with neck shoulder fasciitis were divided into treatment group and control group, respectively take the needle knife releaseand and hole closed treatment.Results Treatment group total effective rate was 94.7%,control group total effective rate was 81.6%,The difference was statistically significant between group comparison（P〈0.05）. The pain score lower in treatment group than the control group, neck shoulder joint activity score higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Needle knife release neck shoulder fasciitis curative effect significantly. |
