聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产中氰化氢废气的脱除方法

摘    要:在聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维生产过程中产生多种有害废气,其中含有剧毒物质氰化氢,需要经过处理才能排放.文章综述了PAN基碳纤维生产过程中氰化氢废气的主要脱除方法:吸收法、吸附法和燃烧法.介绍了各种方法的原理,并对其可行性进行了分析.结果表明:直接燃烧法是目前工业生产中比较合适的一种方法,其工艺简单,设备成熟,热回收利用率高,废气处理效率高.
