| 摘 要： | 当前,发达国家跨国公司纷纷转变经营战略,即将"多元化"战略转向提高核心竞争力战略,注重优化公司的内在素质,突出主业经营和"归核经营",形成并强化独特的经营优势,以求在激烈的竞争中生存和发展。发达国家跨国公司转变经营战略之举对泉州民营企业的经营与管理有重要的启示,即泉州民营企业要在竞争中求得生存与发展,必须开拓创新,提高核心竞争力,具体而言,必须更新经营观念;由多元化经营转向专业化经营;以人为本,注重管理创新;强化技术创新,扩展品牌效应。
