论土地政策参与宏观调控的机制建设

土地政策作为我国宏观调控的手段,参与到国民经济宏观调控中,并取得了很大的成效。但如何充分发挥土地政策的宏观调控作用,成为迫切需要研究解决的问题。文章主要分析了当前土地政策在参与宏观调控中存在的问题,提出应加强土地政策参与宏观调控的机制建设,建立健全土地政策的宏观调控职能。

Enhancing the Role of Land Policy in Macro-control

The land policies as an adjustment means in the national macro-economic regulation play the very important role.But how improve the macro-control function of land policies? It is the problem which needs to be solved at present.The paper analyzes the problems existed in land policy participating in macro-regulation,puts forward several proposals such as should enhance the mechanism construction of land policy participating in macro-regulation,establish and improve the macro-control function of land policies and etc.
