高校旅游管理专业实习管理改革探索与研究

针对目前我国多数高校在组织校外实习时普遍遇到的困难和问题，例如实习单位难落实，实习组织管理缺乏系统性，针对性和科学性等，主要从校外实习组织和管理六个方面，包括实习的指导思想，实习基地建设，学生的实习思想，教师的实习指导，实习成绩的考核方法以及探索新的实习形式等开展了研究工作。

A Study on the Major Practice of Tourism Management

The study on the patterns and ways of practice organ ization and management was carried out in order to solve the various problems and difficulties,such as finding practice units,lacking systematicness,perti nence and scientific management in major practice,etc,which are very common i n the most of universities in China.In recent years,six measures of the organ ization and management were taken ,which include changing practice guideline ,establishing practice bases, conversing practice concepts of students,emph asizing practice guide of teachers and improving the assessment methods as wel l as exploring new forms of practice. A great success was made in our major prac tice of tourism management.
