| 摘 要： | 探讨我国中小企业在国民经济发展中的重要地位及其融资困难的根本原因，并提出解决方法。首先根据赫-俄理论，分析了我国的要素颤赋结构特征并指出大力发展中小企业符合我国的要素禀赋结构和比较优势，最具竞争力。分析了我国中企业在发展中遇到的阻碍因素和不公正的政策待遇，同时指出制约发展的“瓶颈”是融资困难并对其根本原因作了详尽的分析，对如何解决我国中小企业融资困难问题提出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The main idea of this article is to point out the importance of our middle and little corporations in the developing of national economy and reasons that they cannot obtain capital and the means to solve these questions.First ,the author has analyzed our middle and little corporations with the H-O,s element theory and pointed out that it is in line with our national element structure to develop these middle and little corporations greatly.Secondly ,the author has analyzed the of the middle and little corporations comparing to those big corporations.Thirdly,the author has analyzed the main reasons which are hampering the development of middle and little corporations .Finally,the author has given the ways to solve those questions above all. |
