| 摘 要： | 实施“走出去”勘查开发国外矿产资源的开放战略 ,是保障 2 1世纪我国经济可持续发展的必然选择。文章在论述“走出去”重要意义的同时 ,着重阐明这一战略的指导思想、战略目的、战略部署和战略重点 ,并在此基础上提出国家推动矿产资源“走出去”战略的系列政策措施。
