| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨欧盟REACH法案对我国医药行业产生的影响和应对策略。方法通过研究REACH法案的主要内容、目标和采取的手段，分析哪些医药产品在REACH法案的管制范围之内，以及它会产生何种程度的影响。结果和结论目前REACH法案对我国医药行业的影响还是有限的，但我们仍应密切关注其发展动态，随时做好应对的准备，同时不断完善我国相应的法规和制度.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of EU REACH bill on China＇ s pharmaceutical industry and how to reply to it. Methods Through studying the main elements and objectives of REACH, this thesis has analyzed which medical products would be regulated by REACH as well as the impact degree which it would have. Results and Conclusions At present, the impact of REACH on China＇ s pharmaceutical industry is still limited. But we should still pay close attention to its development, meanwhile continually improve our relevant laws and regulations, so as to reply to it naturally. |
