人力资本流动对区域经济增长的影响效应分析

本文从流入地、流出地两方面阐述了人力资本区域流动的扩散效应和回浪效应,利用灰色关联分析法分析了各地区人力资本流动与当地人均GDP的关联程度,测算了东中西三大区域人力资本流动对区域经济增长的流入、流出以及综合影响系数,得出人力资本流动对东部地区经济增长的影响呈上升趋势,而对中西部地区经济增长的影响呈下降趋势,人力资本区域流动拉大了区域经济发展的差距。

Analysis of human capital flow's influence effect on district economy growth

The paper expounds the pervasion effects and the backwash effects Form the Export and Import. It use Grey correlation degree method to analysis the Correlation degree between the human capital flows and regional GDP, and computers the effect modulus about flowing. We get the conclusion that the human capital flows is good for regional economy in the east area, but is not as well as in the central area and the west area. Human capital area flows pulhng the gap among the development of three regional economies.
