| 摘 要： | 环保NGO拥有专业技术优势,通过施加舆论压力和发挥教化功能,它在全球环境治理领域已经形成了一定影响。与此同时,环保NGO在该领域面临着独立性受削弱、专业性性缺乏、社会影响力不足、内部结构不合理、法律保障机制不健全等一系列问题。当前应从增强自身发展能力、提升法律地位、建立社会监督机制等方面来解决我国环保NGO在进一步发展的过程中遭遇的一些发展困境。

| Abstract: | Environmental protection NGO with professional and technical advantages;play the educational funetion by applying the pressure of public opinionand,, it has already formed a certain influence in the field of global environmental gove rmice. At the same.time, .the environmental protec tion NGO faced by wreakening the indepefidence, lack of professional ,social influence,the internal structure is irrational,lack of legal protecion system is not perfect,a seres of problems in the field.We ahod!d enhance their own development capacity, ,the improvetment of legal status, establish the social supervision mechanism to solve some difficul- ties in the itevelopmentof environmental NGO iia China to further the process of developmentexperience. |
