基于自组织理论探析浙江企业集群的形成和演进

自组织理论是近几年来兴起的的研究开放性复杂系统形成与演化机制的综合学科,被广泛的应用于社会科学的理论研究.企业集群是一种特殊的组织形式,它的静态结构特征和形成条件,以及动态形成过程和演化机制都表现出显著的自组织特性.我国浙江的块状经济之所以能够产生,能够经历危机后继续保持活力,正是因为块状经济是在市场开放条件下,系统自我创生、自我增强、自我演进的结果.针对浙江经济目前面临的问题可用自组织理论进行解释,并从中寻求一种解决思路.

Study on Formation and Evolution of Enterprises Cluster in Zhejiang Based on Self-organizing Theory

As a synthesized discipline to research on foundation and evolution of open complex system,self-organizing theory has been widely applied in social science.Enterprises cluster is a particular form of organization.Its dynamic mechanisms for forming process and evolution,as well as static structure and forming condition all display notable self-organizing characteristic.Enterprises clusters sprung up in Zhejiang province,and kept continuous vigour.The reason for these is that enterprises clusters in Zhejiang are the outcome of self-creation,self-enhancement and self-evolution of system under the opened market.We can also use self-organizing theory to explain the present problem of Zhejiang province,and to find out an effective solution.
