| 摘 要： | 本课题组通过339份有效问卷的统计分析，对上海企业认知社会责任、实施社会责任的情况进行了分析与评价，比较客观全面地反映了不同企业、不同管理者在看待社会责任、实施社会责任中的状况，为今后培育企业道德实力、构建和谐社会提出了改进方向。

| Abstract: | The investigation report is laid emphasis on analyzing and valuating cognition and implementation of social responsibility of Shanghai enterprises,objectively and fully reflecting the condition that how various enterprises and supervisors look on and implement social responsibility .The report also puts forward the improving direction of cultivatiing enterprises' morality and constructing the harmonious society. |
