田径教学是高校体育课的重要内容,提高田径教学质量要根据高校体育教学规律和田径项目的特点,重视学生心理素质的培养;增强体育意识和学习兴趣;改革教学方法;练习方法要科学化、多样化;培养学生自我评价、自我锻炼的能力。

My Ideas on Improving the Teaching Quality of Track and Field Course

The track and field courses' teaching is one important part of PE in college, improving its teaching quality needs to pay much attention to the training of the students' psychological quality,to strengthen their interest in learning,to reform the teaching methods and to train the students' ability to judge them selves or improve them selves.
