高度城市化区域土地整备运作机制研究——以深圳市为例

摘    要:当前,城市建设用地后备资源不足已成为制约城市经济发展的瓶颈,这在高度城市化区域尤其明显。城市土地整备是挖掘城市土地潜力,优化用地结构以及改善投资环境的重要途径。但从理论和实践上看,目前关于土地整备仍有一些问题需要进一步明确和完善。本文以深圳市土地整备实践为例,从探讨土地整备内涵入手,研究了土地整备运作机制及运作过程中存在问题,并提出相关改进建议。
