| 摘 要： | 土地问题是我国农村发展的关键问题。发展农村土地银行,通过资本化来实现土地流转,推动农地适度规模经营,促进农业产业化。文章阐述了土地银行的内涵,构建博弈模型分析了发展土地银行时农户、贷地企业与土地银行之间的关系,最后提出了发展我国土地银行的建议。

| Abstract: | The land problem is the key issue of rural development.Through the capitalization,developing the rural land bank can achieve land circulation,promote the appropriate large-scale of agricultural land managements and the agricultural industrialization.This paper explains the connotation of land bank and builds a game model to analysis the relationship among farmers,loans to enterprises and land bank when developing the land bank.Finally it proposed some suggestions to develop our rural land bank. |
