农村NGO的发展与公共产品供给

公共产品供给不足是制约当前农村发展的重要因素之一，也是我国解决“三农”问题必须面临的难题。农村NGO参与公共产品供给有利于增加农村公共产品供给总量、提升供给效率、优化供给结构。当前，农村NGO参与公共产品供给的主要障碍在于其法律地位不明确、资金来源不足、发展环境不优、内部管理不善等问题。对此，必须通过完善法律法规体系、健全筹资体系、加大扶持力度、强化内部管理等措施来促进其参与公共产品供给。

In order to solve these problems, it must be for us to amplify the system of laws and regulations, perfect financing system, strength the supporting and intensify inside administration.
