上市公司董事会特征与公司绩效关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Board Characteristics and Corporate Performance of Listed Companies

With the enlargement of the range and quantity of listed company in our country, the separation of property and administration which leads to the problem of company governance has become very outstanding. T.he board of directors as the core of company governance, its governance r~ode increasingly become the key factors that influence the company performance, improve the board＂ of directors of the board of directors of characteristics, improve quality becomes establishing effective corporate governance core task. Therefore, the board features and company management performance of relations with practical significance.
