| Abstract: | The one of the key factors influencing the development of a logistics enterprise is logistics talented person. At present, the talented persons for logistics are lacking in China. The employees of logistics suffer the low level of education, so they lack experience. For this, the enterprises need establishing the knowledge and technical ability standard systems inviting the logistics talented persons, in order to make talented persons go into enterprises and provide the talented persons for creating the third profits. |
