我国渔业现代化程度及发展前景

本文认为中国正在缩小同世界发达国家在渔业现代化上的差距。在生产上，已建立了世界上规模最大的水产养殖、捕捞体系；在科学技术上，某些方面接近或达到了世界先进水平；在物质装备上，已基本达到世界中等水平。由市场经济造就出来的多种经济形式的渔业大中型企业及企业集团，正在以强劲的实力，成为我国渔业现代化的中坚。随着国民经济的持续、健康发展，我国渔业综合生产能力将进一步提高，渔业现代化建设将得到继续增强，从而尽快进入渔业现代化的先进行列

Level and development prospects on fishery modernization in China

This paper holds that differences of fishery modernization between China and developted countries in the world are being reduced. These achievements include that on producing, aquaculture and fishing system,which are the bigest scale over the world,have been established; on science and technology, some of them have already approached or attained the advanced world level; on material equipments, middling world levels are basically attained. Large and middle scale enterprises (groups),which have been trained by the market economy, are becoming nucleus on fishery modernization in China, relying on their strong strength. Along with sustainable and sound development of Chinese economics the comprehensive capabilities of Chinese fishery industry will be improved still further, and the constructions of fishery modernization will be continuosly enhanced thereby it will join the advanced ranks of fishery modernization in the world as soon as possible.
