| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校教师人力资源严重缺乏,这是由于传统的人才引进与激励机制及人才发展环境恶劣造成的。因此,政府和高校一定要建立健全高校教师人力资源开发与管理机制,创造良好的人才环境,以促使我国高校师资队伍的良性发展。

| Abstract: | At present,our country's faculty resources are deficient severely,this caused by traditional mechanism of talents introduction and encourgement,and bad development environment.So,government and universities must set up and perfect the mechanism to develop and manage faculty resources,create good environment,thus promote the development of our country's faculty. |
