| 摘 要： | 首先立足于大城市郊区林地的发展,阐述实现林地功能兼容开发的重要性,并结合笔者对上海郊区林业发展的实地考察,提出大城市郊区林地功能兼容开发的主要任务,分析与旅游业结合、与农业其他产业结合、林业产业化开发和与房地产开发结合的四种林地兼容开发模式,并对郊区林地开发提出针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This thesis is about the forestry development in suburban areas of big cities.It firstly explains the importance of forestry's multifunctional development.Based on the field survey made in Shanghai,it puts forwards the main tasks in forestry multifunctional development in suburban areas of big cities,and analyzes the four forms of it,namely,forestry combined with tourism,combined with other agricultural industries,combined with real estate industry and forestry industrialization.Finally,it makes relating suggestions on policies of forestry development. |
