| 摘 要： | 通过采用QC方法分析家用空调压缩机异常停机问题,查明了A型压缩机可靠性主要问题在于滤网破裂,并对滤网破裂的各种原因进行了分析,对各个末端因素进行了逐个确认,编制出了要因确认表,分析出测试工况问题、控制焊管通道质量、滤网规格和控制通道结构是滤网破裂的主要原因,并采用相关的对策解决了该问题。
