| 摘 要： | 本文结合行为设计学和行为过程控制理论,创新性的提出基于行为设计学的行为控制理论,将行为设计学镶嵌在行为控制过程中,用行为设计作为行为控制目标引导,策划行为控制过程,使行为控制过程更加具有操作性;同时行为控制结果反馈给行为设计,使行为设计措施更具有目的性,并不断改善行为设计措施的有效性。本文结合在青岛地铁运营公司乘务管理的实践,对本理论的应用给出具体效果验证。
