| Abstract: | The article presents a separate discussion on the sustainable development of national land and resources (SDNLR) and on the sense of SDNLR. It also gives an analysis of the influence of theory of sustainable development onto the theory of laws of national land and resources. The article holds that it is necessary to carry out the legal system construction of our national land and resources for the sustainable development. |
