On the Research of Multinational Subsidiaries: Evolution and Future Development Direction

Through the review of relative literatures of Multinational subsidiaries,this paper detailedly discusses the evolution process of multinational subsidiaries' four research streams, namely,strategy-structure stream, headquarters-subsidiary relationships stream,subsidiary roles stream,and subsidiary development stream. And then this paper analyses the research dynamics of multinational subsidiaries in the near future. In the end, it summarizes the general changes of the research evolution of multinational subsidiaries and then makes a discussion on the development direction of the research of multinational subsidiaries.
