G蛋白偶联受体及其信号转导在临床疼痛中的意义

摘    要:G蛋白是细胞信息传递的基本中间物质,G蛋白及其相关的受体和效应蛋白对维持正常中的中枢神经系统功能有显著作用,G蛋白偶联受体是一般不参与突触快反应和轴突的传导,而是对神经元的放电活动起主要调节作用,从而使G蛋白偶联受体及其信号传导在临床疼痛治疗中发挥作用。

Abstract:Protease G is the basic medium for the information trans mission among cells.Lots of research shows that cells' potentral changes sloduy after being to uched suddenly or can't see the change of potential at all,which makes a vivid contrast to the cells before being touched suddenly.After it,cells regulate their biological progress through the second messenger and activation of ferments.The slow reflecting suffering body in the cells after being touched is called metabolized suffering body.Protease a and its relevant protease belong to this type.This article comprehensively introduces the signinficance of protease g and its transmisson of signal in clinical pain.
