新疆城镇化的特殊性与政府的主导作用

通过对新疆维吾尔自治区城镇化道路特殊性的研究,构建了政府干预经济的指标体系,并借助相关软件运用"主成分分析"、"相关分析"等统计方法对政府干预度进行了综合评价,对城镇化水平与政府干预力度之间的关系进行了实证分析,揭示了政府干预程度对城镇化建设的影响关系。最后,通过对比新疆与全国其他省份城镇化建设中的政府干预度的变化趋势,指出政府在新疆城镇化建设中的首要任务是稳疆固疆。

Peculiarity of the urbanization of Xinjiang Autonomous Region and the leading role of the government

In order to reveal the impact on urbanization construction brought by the government’s intervention,this article describes the special nature of urbanization in Xinjiang,constructs indicators systems which the government uses to intervene the economy,shows the comprehensive assessment to the government’s intervention by using related software and statistical methods like "principal component analysis","correlation analysis" and other statistical methods,and carries out an empirical analysis to the level of urbanization and the intensity of government’s intervention.Finally,by comparing the intervention tendency of government’s intervention by Xinjiang and other provinces,it points out that the principal task of government is to stabilize Xinjiang.
