摘    要:本文通过对移动电话行业面临问题的分析,提出在该行业应用CRM,并从客户盈利能力分析、客户获取、交叉销售、客户保持、客户细分、市场活动评估六个方面的应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:The article analyze the problem that the mobile telephone industry are facing.Then suggest that the mobile telephone industry should apply the CRM,and analyze the application of analytical CRM to the mobile telephone industry from six aspects,including the ability of the customer's payoff,obtaining customer,across sale,keeping customer,fractionizing customer,evaluating marketing.
