| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了目前施工企业在劳务工程项目承揽、施工、工程款结算等过程中五个带有共性的问题。并提出了如何把握进入市场;订立公正合理的协议;满足业主质量要求;按期计价、结算到工程款的催收,以及所要解决和克服这些问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the problems about undertaking, construction and fund of contract labor service, which are common in construction enterprise. Then, it points out the measures, such as how to occupy the market, make impartial and rational agreement, meet the demand for quality from owner, quote prices and settle accounts, recall the project fund on time. |
