| 摘 要： | 从俄罗斯进口石油将是中国石油安全战略的重要一环。中俄石油产业合作存在着资源基础、区位与市场基础。两国积极参与经济全球化进程,为双方石油产业提供了机会。应扩大石油勘探、开发领域合作,加强石油运输管道建设,不断推进中俄石油产业的全方位合作。

| Abstract: | importing petroleum from Russian will be the important link of Chinese petroleum safety strategy,the petroleum industry cooperation of the Chinese and Russian exist the foundation,both countries actively participate in the economical globalization,provide the opportunity of the petroleum industry both party.It should expand the petroleum prospecting.Develop the cooperation of domain,enhance unceasingly the omni-directional cooperation of the Chinese and Russian petroleum industry. |
