摘    要:人已经成为企业发展最为重要的因素。企业是否成功的实施用人机制和激励机制,在很大程度上影响了企业的发展。企业要在遵循一定的原理基础上,积极实施现代企业用人机制和激励机制,并且不断地完善企业的各项配套机制,才能在未来激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract:s: Person has already become the most important factor of the enterprise development. Whether the enterprises succeed or not lie on using the person's mechanism and the prompting mechanism, to a large extent they affected the business enterprise's development. The enterprise should positively apply person's mechanism and the mechanism of promptings into the enterprises following the certain principles, and they can stand in invincible position during the future drastic marketing competition.
