基于组织动态能力理论,描述了盛天集团在转轨背景下的发展历程,对其两次战略转型过程进行了分析,总结了战略转型中知识管理的流程,即以产品为核心,通过制造环节的一体化战略建立企业竞争优势,继而在产业链上进行拓展,从而实现企业的多元化。指出盛天集团在此过程中较好地把握了外部环境变化提供的机会,妥善地处理了与利益相关者的关系,以及不断加强自身能力的构建。这些知识和经验可为同样面临变革的其他中小型国有企业提供借鉴。

Process Mechanism of Strategic Transformation in Stated-Owned SMEs Based on Dynamic Capability Perspective

Based on dynamic capability perspective,this paper describes the development process of Sheng Tian under the background of transition.It also analyzes the process of two strategic transformation,and summarizes the process of knowledge management in strategic transformation.In this process,product as the core,it establishes enterprise's competitive advantage through the integration strategy of manufacturing link,and then expands in industry chain to realize the related diversification of enterprise.In this process,Sheng Tian has better grasped the opportunities offered by changes in external environment,properly handled the relationship with stakeholders and constantly strengthened the construction of their own capabilities.Its knowledge could serve as a reference for other state-owned SMEs that face change as well.
