| 摘 要： | 针对现有港口竞争力评价指标体系忽略港口在资源和环境上受到的约束以及评价方法忽略指标间可能存在的相互影响关系的不足,在构建绿色港口竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,采用层次网络分析模型对绿色港口的竞争力进行评价,并给出了这一评价方法在Super Decisions软件上的实现过程。

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the disadvantage of existing evaluation index system for comprehensive of green port and evaluation method,lacking of considering the constraint of resource and environment and the interdependence of indexes,this paper introduces the analytical network process(ANP) to assess the competitiveness of green port.And it provides a simulated example based on Super Decisions software. |
