| Abstract: | This article argues that the urban land administration of the United States is being operated by a good legal system. The administration integrates land resource use and conservation,urban living enhancement with city size control. Finally,it introduces three major approaches which the United States adopts in the urban land administration:administrative zoning,market mechanisms and planning. |
