游客安全感知对其目的地选择的影响研究述评

安全是游客出游的基本要求,游客安全感知是游客旅游决策的基本决定因素。对国内外相关研究文献进行了梳理归纳,在对旅游危机事件、旅游安全感知、旅游目的地等基本概念界定的基础上,侧重从游客心理角度总结了旅游危机事件中游客安全感知的形成及影响因素,从危机事件本身、游客个人因素、游客所在客源国因素以及目的地因素等方面层层解析;然后分析了游客安全感知对其目的地选择的影响,进而整理提出了重塑游客安全感知的策略,以期为四川旅游业震后恢复重建予以启示。
