摘    要:如何激发领导干部创绩创效的积极性,从而提高企业经营效率和管理水平,是国有企业面临的共性问题和难题。本文结合东方地球物理公司中层管理人员绩效考核工作的实际,对国有企业中层管理人员的绩效考核指标体系、激励体系、管理体系进行了卓有成效的探索。

Research of Performance Assessment for Mid -level Managers In State- owned Corporations

Abstract:Many state- owned corporations face a common challenge which is how to motivate the leader's enthusiasm to make performance, thereby improve the efficiency of operation and management. By discussing the practice of performance assessment in BGP ( Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting) of CNPC ( China National Petroleum Corporation), this article gives a research of several systems among mid - level managers in state - owned corporations, including the incentive system, the management system, and the performance evaluation index system.
