高职学生党员培养质量保证体系探析

本文系统论述了高职生党员培养的“七环节—任务导向”工作模式,提出了高职生党员培养的“四平台理论”,构建了“学习—实践—考核—提升”质量保证循环,设计了在高职学生党员培养过程中“多部门协同联动”的质量保证工作模型,并科学的阐述了在党员培养过程中实施“关口控制”加强培养质量的工作理念.

The analyzed of quality guarantee system about cultivation of higher vocational student party members
