基于学生职业能力培养的课外教学的必要性

高职学生职业能力的培养是高职教学中的重点，为了更好地培养高职学生的职业能力，有必要在课余时间开展形式的课外教学活动，把学生旺盛的精力、行为能量、注意力转移到学校培养目标的轨道上来。为此必须充分认识到课外教学有助于培养学生的独立能力、动手操作能力、创新和团队合作能力以及人际沟通等职业能力。
