摘    要:随着经济社会的发展,文化已成为企业软实力和核心竞争力的重要组成部分。企业文化建设对做大做强企业具有重要作用。文章剖析企业文化的三个层面,探索企业文化建设的作用,分析企业文化建设的误区,提出企业文化建设的方法策略,为企业加强企业文化建设提供有益探讨。

Abstract:With the development of economy,culture has become an essential part of a corporation’s soft power and core competitiveness.Corporation culture is of primary important for a corporation to expand and to stay competitive.The paper expounds three levels of corporation culture,the function of constructing corporation culture and the misunderstanding of its construction and puts forward ways to construct it so as to strengthen its construction.
