重点开发区域产业集聚的机理分析——以广西梧州市为例

重点开发区域是承接产业转移和产业集聚的重要区域,以广西的省级重点开发区——梧州市为例,通过对梧州市2006—2009年招商引资的数据分析发现:梧州市承接转移产业转移以劳动密集型和资源密集型产业为主,承接产业转移与地方资源禀赋相关性强,产业转移来源地以广东、广西和福建为主,产业园区是承接产业转移和产业集聚的主要载体。进一步分析认为:东部地区生产成本上升是劳动密集型产业转移的推力因素,较为宽松的资源环境压力和地方招商引资的优惠政策是梧州产业集聚的拉力因素,开放程度提高与资源依赖性增强、以及廉价的运输成本使得资源密集型产业转移和集聚成为可能。寻找企业最小综合成本的区位是我国现阶段产业转移的主导因素,因此,重点开发区域产业集聚是地域功能属性、综合成本和产业特性共同作用的结果。
