| 摘 要： | 农村居民点用地整理是改善农民生活条件,集约节约利用土地的重要措施。综合甘肃省经济、土地、环境等因素,将甘肃省14个市州分为6个大区,并结合6个区的实际情况,提出适合本区情况的整理模式,并从作业模式、组织领导模式、资金筹集模式等方面进行具体分析,对农村居民点整理过程中易出现的问题提出了解决策略。

| Abstract: | Land consolidation is improving farmers' living conditions and intensive land utilization and conservation of the important measures. Based on the synthesis of Gansu economy,land and environmental factors of Gansu province, 14 municipal is divided into six regions, and combining the actual situation, put forward consolidation patterns, and analyse the operation model, organization leadership pattern, financing mode.Providing the strategy to solve problems in process of land consolidation. |
