| 摘 要： | 新时期重点产业环节选择研究具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。在对相关理论进行了梳理和重构的基础上,从我国主体功能区建设的时代要求出发,系统构建重点产业环节选择的水晶模型及分析框架,研究认为重点产业环节选择不同于主导产业选择,是一个复杂的"水晶"体系,主要包含八大主要影响要素,即主体功能区建设、市场需求、技术经济、生产要素供给、产业基础、产业关联、政府和全球化,并由此提出相应的的八大选择基准。最后以湖南省太阳能光伏产业重点环节选择为例,进行了实证分析和理论检验。
