光辉年代中国海关的2011

2011年，中国迎来了人世10周年。这一年，汶川重建完满收官，四川外贸取得长足进展；ECFA货物贸易早期收获计划扬帆试水，海峡两岸贸易亮点频现。与此同时，“四好”要求、三方联网、“双打”战役、文化兴关、服务外包、国门利剑……中国海关各项工作全面推进，在服务国家外贸发展大局、增强自身能力建设、提升通关服务水平等方面斐然成章。

China Customs in 2011

China celebrated its ten-year anniversary of joining the WTO in 2011 with great achievements of foreign trade.In that year,the country successfully finished the reconstruction of Wenchuan,which had been hit by a tremendous earthquake in 2008,and the foreign trade of Sichuan province had grown at high speeds during the reconstruction.The ECFA’sEarly Harvest Program was also launched in 2011 and achieved many goals.The General Administration of China Customs(GACC) played a vital role in these developments.It required the customs offices around the country to improve their services and law enforcements,and achieved a lot in trade facilitation,anti-smuggling,intellectual property protection,international customs cooperation,and its selfconstruction.To implement these requirements,the customs officers made great efforts.An antismuggling policeman in Shenzhen Customs even lost his life during an operation on the sea.The cultural trades were also improved.The country’s exports and imports value of cultural products rose to USD18,220,000,000 at a year-on-year rate of 24%.China Customs got prides from these endeavors.It received an award from the Global Anti-Counterfeiting Group(GACG) for its achievements,openness and transparency in protecting intellectual properties on 8 June 2011,and was applauded by many enterprises and social organizations.
