医学专科院校学生党建工作的现状及思考

医学高职高专院校学生党建工作中存在着学生自身素质偏低、入党目的不明确,学习主动性不强、党的理论知识匮乏,学生正式党员少、支委工作周期短,党组织活动形式单一、缺乏活动载体等问题。科学、规范地开展学生党建工作,应充分发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用,建立＂学校—医院党组织联动＂的管理模式,建立早培养、早选拔的培养机制,丰富学生党员活动载体,严格党员选拔标准和程序。
